I want pictures off my old iPhone?
I broke my iPhone 5s and it's non responsive. I plugged it into the computer and somehow it connects. ITunes says that I need to allow access through my iPhone in order to connect to the computer. I don't know how to do this when my iPhone screen won't turn on and the buttons don't work.
Simple, you want the picture off the phone, you get the screen fixed. Why, to UNLOCK the screen of course.
If you do not do this, the pictures that you never had time to backup, stay on that broken phone. For the future, if you have anything important on your phone, back it up to MORE than one place that you have 24/7 access to, so that this never happens again.
Also if YOU are the only person that has access to your phone, and you are not the type to randomly lose your phone, make sure it is backed up daily. If the phone does work, but the display does not you may be able to enter the passcode by knowing where the numbers would be. If it is a password, then it would be not as easy.
More than likely though you'd have to get it fixed.

- If I delete my pictures off my iPhone, will it delete my pictures on Dropbox as well? I'm going on a trip overseas and really want to empty out my Camera Roll Pictures off my phone before I leave. I don't own a Macbook so I have to use Dropbox in order to move all my photos to my PC. I really want to empty out my pictures and i'm afraid that I will loose everything on Dropbox if I delete my pictures on my Camera Roll.
- I want to get old photos off my iPhone 5 but the screen is broken and I have no access? The screen on my old iPhone 5 is broken. I got a new iPhone 6 but I never backed up my stuff to iCloud. I'm plugging the iphone 5 into itunes and It tells me "to allow access, please respond on your iPhone." I obviously can't do this as my screen is broken so does anyone have any tips?
- I've been so fustrated with trying to get my old iCloud account off my old iPhone I forgot the password and recovery key to my iCloud account. I've called Apple and sent a receipt for proof of purchase, but they said it's invalid, because the SN doesn't match which doesn't make sense. Is there another way to just erase everything off the phone myself?
