I want the iPhone 5? But already have a contract?

I have an EVO 3D (yes its awsome) but now I want an iPhone 5. I already have a contract. Do I have go terminate it? And start a new contract for the iPhone? Or do i just buy the iPhone without the contract because I already have one. 1 year left on the current contract.

You will have to pay full price for the iPhone. You can terminate the contract and start a new one with another carrier but you will be charged a fee to terminate the contract and start a new one, you will probably end up paying the same price with that option also, so the best bet is to wait it out and get the iPhone 5S next year unless you are going to pay the 600-800 dollars + the upgrade feee.

Don't buy a iPhone I have a iPod and the new update iOS 6 which all iPhone 5s are updated to this I think. Just don't do it they removed everything good and apps crash too much App Store crashes and gives a can't connect a iTunes Store error it's just a mess right now just wait for another year and see If its fixed
Right now just keep a android they've always had better things
