I want to buy an iphone 5 but?
My iphone 5 just got stolen out of my hands and one of my friends knows someone selling an iphone 5 with no problems almost new for like 130.it seems to me it would be stolen for that cheap of a price. How do i check before i get it or what happens if i tried to activate it and it was reported stolen?
Added (1). I already tried… The police said it would involve court and i don't want to deal with that over a phone.

Just go the the police satin and tell them that you're missing the phone. You should try to find it before you get into details about the the person selling it
