Simple answer. There's none.
You either have to have the music on the phone or an internet connection to stream it.
You can download music podcast to your phone,
You can download music form Google Play Music or Amazon Music to the app on your phone. The App is Free but most of the music cost money.
I can't think of any you don't need internet at least until you download the music and the apps.
There are so many free audio drama and audio book podcast that I rarely listen to music anymore.

- My iPhone 4s will not connect to my home Wi-Fi no matter what suggestions I try. Any suggestions? So I never had an issue connection to my home Wi-Fi before with my iPhone 4s, until 2 days ago. I have done everything; forgotten the network, reset the network settings, ect. No matter what I read on these forums, nothing seems to really work. I don't know how to do much with electronics and such, so things suggested like with the static IP and all of that, I don't understand. Please, if anyone can help me, I'd truly appreciate it.
