I want to get rid of my tinnitus It is interfearing with my life making me depressed! How can I do this?
Everybody is telling me it'll go on it's own! I've have it for almost a month now and the dr said it should go away within a month and it's still there! It came from playing loud music from my Iphone speaker for only a short time and since then there has been gradual ringing that seems to be getting better but jst recuses to go completely!
Are you sure there's no cure for it? It sure is making me feel depresses and interfering with my life, it has even given me a cold as my amune system is low because of it! Everyonr seems to piss me off easily as well! They must know I'm i'm destress! Sometimes I feel it'll one day kill me as if it is dangerous! Is there anything I can do?

It may never go away. Depends on what caused it and what sort of damage the noises did to your ears
Stop listening to loud music. If you don't you'll have a much worse problem than ringing in your ears. You won't be able to hear at all.

- Am I allowed to listen to a quiet music if i suffer from tinnitus? I can't imagine my life without music. I listen to a very quiet music without using headphones (through my iphone speaker). Will this make my tinnitus worse? Can i listen to music with a full volume (no headphones) without getting my tinnitus worse?
- Air at bottom of my life proof case. How to get rid of it? I got my lifeproof case for my iphone 5s last month and there's been a air pillow at the bottom of my phone and it's not going away at all. I've tried pushing it together with my two hands, taking it all off and putting it back together and nothing's working. Did anyone else have this problem? If so how did you fix it?
