I want to install some Apps on my iPhone 4 that require iOS updates I can't get. What can I do?

I can't update past 7.1.2 but when I try to install it says it needs the latest iOS. Shouldn't there be an older version of the app I can use or something? How can I get to them?

Software Developers won't waste time and effort on a dated phone. The iphone 4 isn't powerful enough to be upgraded so you are indeed stuck or upgrade your phone when your contract expires

  • ITunes on Apps tab Says Install on Some Apps? I have a couple apps on my iTunes that say Install instead of the usual Remove. I've noted that these apps are the apps that I've had and then deleted, but not all of my deleted apps are on there. How do I remove these apps from my iPhone's iTunes? On iTunes 11, right click --> delete does not show up. On iTunes 11, going to the library and manually deleting them doesn't work either.
