I want to jailbreak iOS 7.1.1 again on iphone?

I updated my dads iphone to iOS 6.1.3 and it automatically updated to iOS 7.1.1 and it was already jailbroken. Can I jailbreak it again its cellular data is not working and its not detecting the sim. If yes than what way should i take that it starts working, please help

Best thing to do is to restore in iTunes and then rejailbreak on 7.1.1 using the latest jailbreak. It is tricky since it is in Chinese, but here is a way to do it without getting any malware:
