I want to Jailbreak my IPhone

I'm a first timer at jailbreaking, so bare with me. I have an iPhone 4, Software 6.1.3.
I want to get the Adroid HTC FX Theme with Casio 2 and everything, but I'm not quite sure where to download everything and which jailbreaks I should use and such.

I jailbreaked my iTouch a few months back. But I didn't like it as it consumes around more than 1gigabyte of data of my 6.4 gigabytes which it gets. And it made my iTouch a little bit slow. But if you really wanna do it, I suggest you do it safely and carefully. My friend tried to jailbreak his iTouch ios 6 with a ios 5 jailbreak. Now he has an iPod without an app store. If it don't work(unlikely) I suggest you download a software called Redsnow( from which I jailbreaked my iPod).
