I want to record ringtones onto my iPhone?

Okay, i've wanted to have the Metal Gear Solid CODEC ring tone thingy for my phone(iPhone 3G) for some time now, and i was wondering what i should do, like if there any sites i should go to, to send the tone to my phone, or is there an app that can do that
and when i mean record, i mean record… Like you record little clips with the camera…
its a stupid idea i have, i know what you guys think. Sorry if i waste your time

  • Record from piano onto iphone 3gs? I want to record the sound coming out of my digital piano. The only output it has is a headphone jack. Is there a way to plug this into my iphone 3gs and use the voice recorder? If not, how can I record with decent quality? I would rather not plug into the "line in" jack on my PC as it is upstairs and the piano is downstairs.
