I want to trade my iPhone 4 and was wondering if this is a fair trade?

I would trade my iPhone 4 32gb + $50 for a iPhone 4s 16gb

Why would someone want to trade down? I don't think many people would want an iphone 4 for an iphone 4s especially when the iphone 5 is coming out soon.

I think the answer depends on how much space you use and the physical condition of the phones.

I don't really use my phone as a massive storage device, so I would trade for the 4s 16gb. It really depends on how much memory you need.

Just out of curiosity what is a FAIR price on a used iphone 4 (NOT A 4S) in relatively good condition (screen not broke, fully functional, minor cosmetic wear exc) I've seen used iphone 4 go from 150 (even for a broken one) upwards to 400+ for pristine (still used) condition.
  • What is a fair price for a used iphone 5s 16 gb? I believe retail is over 600 bucks… How much should i pay if i buy one used (no damage) from a craigslist or ebay seller?
  • What is a fair price for a broken iPhone 4s? I broke my iphone lastnight dropping it on the floor. I do not know what the problem is but i do not want to fix it. I believe that the lcd broke on the phone. How much do you think i should sell it for?
