I want to unlock this iphone 4?

Ok so I want to buy this iphone 4 from Kijiji. He has original box and everything. The only thing is that its locked to rogers and I'm with telus right now. I'm aware that you can do software unlocks but I would rather do it properly. Do you think it I go to rogers and explain that they will unlock it for me or do you think telus can unlock it for me?

I have also heard that you can get someone you know through rogers to unlock it for me?

Get someone who knows and that you trust. Go to Rogers if not try the apple store

Well the thing is that they will not be so nice since you are not with their service. Most likely they will not really care about your phone and will not help, but you never know. Maybe you can try and call them.

I would rather do the software unlocks because they are easier and a lot faster. Either way now that you have this phone you will need to somehow get it unlocked.
