I was able to send photos from iPhone to my email. It no longer is working. How do I fix it?

Will it cost to send photos ad email attachments on an iPhone 3G? I know I asked this yesterday, but I want to add more detail to my question.So, because I have an old iPhone 3G, I basically can't get any apps on my phone because it only supports iOS 4.2.1. Because of this, I was hoping I could email photos from my phone to my kindle to upload them to twitter. Will this cost? I'm on contract, t mobile and use Wi-Fi.
Why can't I send my photos from my iphone to my email? I tried to send multiple photos from my Iphone to my yahoo email. I clicked on email photo and then typed the email and the subject in the correct boxes and clicked send. I've tried doing this in the past and it did not work and I just tried it again about 20 minutes ago and I checked my email and did not get the photos. I checked my mail and my spam and they were not there. Is there any other way I can do this! Why isn't it working?
Since the 4/10 security issues, I have not been able to get email on my iphone. How do I fix it? I went online on my computer and changed my password but don't know how what to do with my iphone so I can get my email again.
Not being able to send photos through text? Whenever i go to send a photo to someone who doesn't have imessage (i have an iphone) it won't let me? Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
