What about the charger that came with it? What do you want your charger to do that the original one doesn't?

Which do you recommend? Iphone 5s Smart Plans or Iphone 5s Globe Plans? I'm confused. I've heard a lot of negative comments about globe internet speed and secret extra charges. But it seems that there are more recommendations to go for globe iphone plans. What's wrong with Smart? Which is more advisable for first timers in mobile plans?
What's the difference from an OEM product and an original product? I need a new charger for my iPhone and I don't know if I should go buy an OEM charger from eBay or go buy an actual apple charger from Walmart that's going to be way more expensive. Since OEM is basically the same thing without retail packaging, would there be a difference in quality?
Recommend newish smart phones no bigger than iPhone 6? I know very little about smartphones and their rankings and such, as I still have the same phone from over 4 years ago. I want nothing bigger than the iPhone 6 as I value how comfy a phone is inside a pocket.
