ICloud problems with iPhone 6, any

I've been having problems with my phone for about a couple months. It goes slow sometimes and the battery goes down in percentage faster than usual. I talked to Apple today and they recommended that I should backup my phone and reset it since its most likely a system hardware issue. I backed it up earlier today and I reset it about 2 and a half hours ago. I logged into my iCloud account and it says "Restore from iCloud" on the screen and has a bar under that. The bar hasn't moved since it came back on and it says "Time remaining: About 22 minutes" even though its still at the beginning of the bar. I have about 3,000 photos on my phone so that may be why its going very slow. I'm getting worried since its not moving at all but I don't know how to fix this. Any help?

NEVER ALLOW IT RUNNING ICoud software IN YOUR PHONE, BECAUSE IT USES MORE BATTERY POWER AND YOUR PHONE CPU TO TRANSMIT USELESS DATA TO SHARE WITH OTHER UNKNOWN PEOPLE AND NO BENIFIT TO YOU.

When this is all over - take those photos OFF you phone. You can use Google or any number of other services to store them offline, and then retrieve them any time you want. Not even a professional photographer NEEDS to have all that one their phone. Betcha most of them are old and silly - store them someplace and try to be neater and smarter in the future. Some people want to have 5,000 of the FAVORITE songs on their phone too. I'm a professional musician in NY since 1973 - and all MY music is stored offline in services, for instant retrieval. It's a PHONE - not your entire house in a plastic case. Geez.
