I'm pretty sure you can get another SIM card that is for Sprint but that canbe compatible with your Iphone. Ask your carrier, but the Iphone must be unlocked and not locked to another server or carrier

If you take out the SIM, you'll be able to see what carrier it's saying. It could be unlocked iPhone too.

Sprint uses CDMA. Don't require SIMs
