If I created a new itunes account will it transfer my old purchases?
I recently got a new iPhone, and I don't want icloud and all of my old app purchases on my new phone. If I created a new itunes account will it still use my old icloud?
No it will not have the old purchases if you just go and make an account, But i would check to see if Apple has a system for transferring old data ie. App purchase over to a new account, you will need to call apple for assisstance

I'm not sure but you can use your existing iTunes account in your new device also. You need to check how it is done. I'm quite sure there's a way to do it.

- Itunes all purchases have been downloaded for this account? So, I had an iPhone which was damaged. I have a new iPhone that will sync recent iTunes purchases, photos, notes, etc. However, it will not sync my old iTunes music.
