If I don't want an iPhone 5S, what is the next best smartphone to get?
I currently have an iPhone 4S that's getting extremely slow and I'm eligible for a phone upgrade. I'm not too impressed with the new features of the 5S and hoping there's something better out there. Any thoughts?

For me its LG G2 or Micromax canvas turbo A250 micromax is launching very Gud quality phones. Hope it helps.
My thoughts are that you need to have a better idea of the features you want and are willing to pay for before you can start shopping. Similarly, somebody would have to have that same info in order to make any suggestions.
When i got bored with the iPhone i changed to the HTC ONE and i have never regretted it once. The phone works great and also the build quality is second to none and that includes apples iPhone.

I think 5S is great, especially the slow motion video. You can trade in the 4S now also.
- What's the best smartphone you can get right now? (that's NOT an iphone)? My phone is 3 years old and doesn't run that well, i need to replace it, any recommendations? I really want a good battery life and faster browsing more than anything, tho smooth running of more strenuous apps is a huge plus
- Should i buy the iphone 8 plus/X next month or wait for the next release which is in September 2018? I'm thinking of getting a new iphone next month but my dad suggested i wait for the new ones in September, what do you guys think and if you think i should get one of the current iphones which should i get the 8 plus or the X?

- I want to get an iPhone but i don't want the data? I want a iPhone but i can't afford data. My carrier said that i can get one without the data plan and the guy said he could disble it and not use it or charge me for it. Can i just use it like a iPod touch? AND MOST IMPORTANTLY can i get apps? (instagram ask.fm minecraft nyan cat
