If i Jailbreak an Iphone 4 for AT&T! Will i still have to pay for the data plan?
I have at&t but this sim doesn't have data plan and i don't want to pay for it, so if i jail break it will i not have to pay?

If you signed a contract for a data plan, you will continue to pay for the data plan until your contract is up.
Jailbreak has nothing to do with your service plan, only what apps yiy can put on it. If you've miraculously managed to activate a smartphone on AT&T WIThout getting a data plan then jailbreak shouldn't change that.
You may just want to check your phone bill to make sure you're not getting charged despite what you think.
I think you mean you Unlocked your phone for use with AT&T not jailbreak. And no if your sim doesn't have a data plan then your phone shouldn't use data other then Wi-Fi if setup. You phone simply shouldn't be able to use data if it was never contracted to.
Jailbreaking your iPhone will not make you pay for a plan! Jailbreak away!
