If I lost my phone in the water at the beach, what are the chances it will wash up on shore and how long until it did so?
Was surfing this morning and had my Iphone X in this new waterproof bag i was trying out and it snapped off my neck and i lost it.
Not expecting to see it again, but what are the chances it will wash up to shore and how long until it would do so?
Happened this morning 8:00am in oceanside CA if this info effects the tide or current at all.

- Will washable marker wash away if I put (nail) top coat on? I'm designing a DIY iPhone case but all I have is washable markers ^__^ so if I put a layer of top coat on top to finish the look will it mess up the whole thing!

Tried to call the train company but it is late on a Sunday so their phone line is closed. It has a tracking app but the battery is flat. - Is it safe to put my iPhone bumper in the wash? I have a custom case, and it has a white rubber bumper with it. It has gotten a lot of denim dye on it. I'm wondering if it's safe to throw it in the washing machine with a load of whites? If not, what other ways can I clean it?
