If I'm Under Apple Warranty Can I Upgrade?
I have an Iphone 4s and I'm still under warranty. There's a problem with my speaker phone. People say I sound like I'm a mile away. I have an appointment to get my phone fixed tomorrow at the Apple Store. Is there anyway they will let me get the Iphone 5?
No. If they can't fix it they replace it with another 4s
I don't think so, but it can't hurt to ask. I'm pretty sure they will just give to a different referbed iPhone 4S
- Will my iPhone still be under warranty? A few months ago I cracked the back of my phone and the other day I picked up my phone and the lock button won't work. I know it's still under warranty because of when I bought it, but because it's cracked can they not fix the lock button for free?

Well last night i plugged my phone in to charge and it wasn't registering that the charger was plugged in. I left it plugged in and today I woke up to see that not only did it not charge but my phone had lost power. I'm assuming that this is a problem with the charging port. I've tried 3 other Apple chargers and none of them work.
