If i plug my Iphone in a new computer, will it erase all my data?

Before you plug it in, go to iTunes Preferences > Devices, and untick Automatically sync devices. To create a backup you can right click on your iPhone's icon in iTunes and select Create Backup. Also transfer purchases.
