If I restore my iphone what will happen to my notes?

I have an iphone 4 with 8gb and since it's hardly any memory, i consistently restore it, but i've always saved my notes before actually restoring it on my computer with a different application. I have recently used iCloud to go back and forth from the notes app on my phone to my laptop and I haven't restored it because I'm afraid if I restore my phone that all the messages would erase from the iCloud. If I restore my phone (I have it backed up) will the notes continue to stay on the iCloud if they're no longer on my phone?

If you have them backed up to iCloud it will restore them even if you erase your phone. That's the whole point of offsite storage of data. Like literally the only thing it's good for.
