If I restore my iPhone will it turn off Find My iPhone?
I had to put in an insurance claim because I shattered my phone and they require you to turn off Find My iPhone. I can't do it in iCloud because my account isn't verified and the email to my itunes is so old I can't even get into it anymore. If I restore my phone to factory settings will it turn it off? Or how else can I turn it off?
Well you need your icloud password to restore it also.
If you have that enabled you'd have to turn it off before you are allowed to restore.

- IPhone needs me to turn off Find My iPhone but Wi-Fi is disabled on the phone? Basically I have this old iPhone that I want to reset in case we ever need another phone. But the Wi-Fi is disabled, so I put in an old backup of my iPhone to see if it would fix it, to no fix. So I decided that I would just reset it completely, but now it needs Find My iPhone to be turned off to do so. Well I can't turn it off because Wi-Fi doesn't work and it's not on our wireless account and doesn't have data.
