If i switch iphone 4 sim card into iphone 5c will it transfer my files?
I'm upgrading my iphone 4 to iPhone 5c tomorrow and I have t mobile so I have a SIM card for it, when I put my SIM card into my new iPhone 5c will it transfer my files such as ; music, photos, contacts, etc?
No it won't. The sim card only transfers contacts. In order to transfer your music, photos, etc. Back it up with iTunes then transfer all your stuff to the new phone.
