If I sync JUST music to iPhone on a new computer - do I lose everything?
Hi, my computer is broken and in for repair but I want new music on my iPhone. If I plug my iPhone into my laptop (after unticking 'allow devices to auto-sync') and ONLY sync music… Will I lose everything on my phone or will my music just change?
It suggests in a warning I can only sync to one computer and I'd lose everything - but I don't know if this 'everything' is actually everything - like my pictures - or just all my current music - which would be fine.
Plug it in, don't let it sink. Click file, then you can back up your stuff on your iPhone!
- With my new iPhone 7 plus if I set it up as a new phone instead of moving my iCloud data to the new phone would I lose my? Unlimited data plan and phone number or would that still be there I already put my SIM card in 10 points

- Will i lose all my music when i sync iphone to new lap top? A couple months ago my itunes on my PC freaked out and i never synced my iphone to it again because i didn't want to risk losing my music. - What will I lose when I sync my iphone with a new computer? I need to make sure that I don't lose my notes, contacts, voice memos, music, message data, app data, etc., but I've heard nasty things about first time syncing. Is there a program out there to copy stuff over, or do I just need to know how to use the settings correctly?
