No, it will not. The only thing an IOS upgrade does is fix what's wrong. All of your apps, music, messages, etc, will be safe

Not if you have your device backup up on iTunes. Just in case you want to jailbreak in the future I wouldn't recommend upgrading to iOS 7.0.3

No, your music, photos, movies, etc. Will not get erased. If you worry about that, you can sync your iPhone with iTunes before the upgrade.
- When you erase an iphone of all of its content & settings, does this mean EVERYTHING is wiped? I wiped my old iphone because i got the new 6s.
