If I use my iPhone as a hotspot, will it charge me extra on my sharing plan with Verizon?
I'm mainly asking to see so we can get rid of our internet maybe and use our IPhone's. However, will it affect our bills with Verizon?
Please help and if you need more details I will add updates to this!
No it won't. But yes you will consume more data since your PC is using your phone's internet plan.
No. I have been using personal hotspot. It don't charge
I don't know how to respond so I will by this way. Anyways, what do you guys mean that it will take up my data plan?
- With a Verizon data plan, does an iPhone 5 cost extra monthly? Need an upgrade, have unlimited texts and 2gbs a month. Will getting the iPhone increase my monthly bill?
- Will using my iPhone's hotspot cost extra money? I have an iPhone 4s (which is up to date on all IOS updates) and I have the unlimited data plan at AT&T. I'm leaving for a road trip tomorrow, and I wanted to turn the hotspot on so I could use that Wi-Fi on my laptop during the trip so I won't get bored. It says I need to set up an account for it, which I will do later… But would any extra charges be added to my bill?
- Will I be charged for sharing my internet connection via the personal hotspot on my iPhone? If I wanted to let someone use the Wi-Fi by turning on the personal hotspot on my phone will I be charged?
- Will I be charged extra if I use personal hotspot on my iphone 4s? (T-mobile)? I have unlimited data. I've looked online, but can't find a definite answer. If I will be charged extra, will I be charged a certain amount per day/week?
