If I write a letter of complaint to apple, will I get a free iPhone?
I have this faulty iPhone 5c which is unable to be fixed and I have only had it about a year! So I want Apple to send me a replacement phone as it's unacceptable and I'm not spending £100's just for it to happen again in a shorter space of time or something, so if I write a letter of complaint will they replace my phone because they sort of have to.
If you've warranty or AppleCare, then only you can claim a replacement. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time.
Instead of complaining try to call up their customer service department and if your phone is still covered by the warranty they will fix/replace it (as long as the faults aren't your fault).
Why not just take it to an Apple Store & let them see about it? If you only had it "for about a year" (assuming under a year) then it should be under warranty.
- Where can I file a complaint against UPS? I called the 1800 ups phone number to ask about my package is and they said that it was delivered but no one was home. I was home all day today playing Xbox (Not even playing Xbox just in the chat) in the living room paying close attention to the door (btw my package is an iPhone 4). The lady said that the driver had knocked but I know thats bullsh*t. I live in apartment complex and my door is right in front of the gate near the mailbox!
