If my iphone 6 screen is unresponsive does that mean it is an lcd issue or a internal system problem?
My iphone 6 screen is unresponsive, it charges and turns on but when i try to type in the passcode it does not react.
I was wondering if this was an lcd issue or would this be a logic board issue.
I want to replace the screen but was wondering if it would be a lost cause if its actually a logic board issue or would it be best to take it to apple to figure it out.
This happened to my 6 last year. Support said its a known issue for older 6's and replacing the screen won't help, its an internal issue. They told me there was a replacement program for some models, i would contact them and see if you qualify

- What does sent as a text message mean? (iphone issue)? So, i've been using a iphone 5 for a month and i just realized that when i'm using sms, usually my texts send as "green balloons" but sometimes the color turns "blue"and says "sent as a text message" i'm confused lil bit:/ what does "sent as a text message" mean? And what's the difference between blue and green texts. Will it send to different message box or shows different to who i text? sorry for not my native english.
- What does it mean if part of an Iphone touch screen is unresponsive? Only the right side of my Iphone isn't responding. I can only get passed the lockcode which is a struggle. (7-6-7-3) 6 and 3 are really hard to press. There's no pixelated or white lines running down it, it looks perfectly normal. So can someone tell me what it is?
- What does Internal Storage mean Ok well I'm trying to sync photos from the Iphone 4s to The computer and there was some pictures missing so then I saw this file called Internal Storage and then clicked the folders and it added the photos that were missing. But when I took the plug thing out it wasn't there anymore. What does this mean? TY!
- Went to a repair shop for Iphone 6 screen and battery replacement and now screen is unresponsive and loose? Should I go back and have them fix it? The battery is fine but the screen response time is so bad and it lags which it didn't do before. Also they screwed in the screen bad. I can see into the phone bad. Will they fix it for free?
