If my iPhone crashes, do I lose all my purchased apps?

I'm weary to buy apps in case something happens to my iPhone. If something happens and I have to get a new iPhone, does my Apple account automatically let me use those purchased apps without paying again?

Added (1). Thank you!

No, all your apps are purchased on your account. So on another iphone you can log in with your app store account. Then when you go under updates, you'll see a thing called purchased. When you click that, you can download all those apps that are on your account!

  • Why the facebook app fot iphone is so slow and crashes all the time? The only app that is slow in my iphone is the facebook app, doesn't matter how many times they update it, and is the one i use the most, and is frustating that is so slow to open a pic or to open a conversation, and just from nowhere it crashes and shut itself down, what can i do to fix this? I already deleted it and downloaded again, and i'm current with the updates, always
  • Where can I find all the apps I've ever purchased on my iPhone 4? I recently upgraded to an iPhone 5C and the guy at the Verizon store said I'd be able to access all the apps I had ever purchased through the App Store on my phone, but I've only been able to find a couple that way. I rarely ever synched with my computer and I didn't have an iCloud option on my iPhone 4, so I doubt anything is backed up through iTunes or otherwise. Where can I find my complete app purchase history, free apps included?
  • What is the cause if my IPhone crashes? I have an iPhone 4S, running ios 6.It has always crashed. No other problems with the phone. No jailbreak. The phone will completely shut itself off and I have to hold the power and home button for it to turn back on. Any permanent solutions other than getting a new phone?
  • My iphone photo app crashes and deletes all of my pictures? I got them back because when I reopened the app, it said "restoring…" and after 10 seconds they were all back, but why did this happen? I have IOS 7
