If Someone Knows Your Apple Account Password What Can They See And Do?

My brother says he'll give me his old iphone if i give him my apple account password and if i get a tracking app on it too. What could he see on my apple account? Would you take the iphone for all that?

Added (1). Would he be able to see my messages and photos and facebook and twitter?

He will probably see all of your downloads and files ps if you really want it after you give him your apple account pass word reset it.
