If you disabled FindMyiPhone to restore your device, will the app be enabled again after the restore?
A few weeks ago I upgraded to the iPhone SE and I restored the data from my iPhone 4s onto it. (I had to disable FindMyiPhone in the process).
Little did I know that it would be lost/stolen 2 weeks later.
Really need to know if FindMyiPhone would be enabled because I want to know if I still have any hope at all finding it.
Thanks.
Added (1). I tried the app already… Says it's offline. Been waiting since.
Simple. Try it and see if it works.
Yes. Usually is in my case, but that only matters if it was signed back into the same Apple ID it was signed out of prior.
- Would you get a notification on your iPhone if your Apple ID was used to log into another device? I'm unsure if I have unknowingly given my Apple ID to a scammer in the past, but I curious would I have received a notifcation on my iPhone, in a form of a text or pop up? I've heard that before and I wanted to make sure. Even if you didn't have two-factor authentication on.
- When you turn Wi-Fi on with a 3G enabled iphone, does your phone stop using 3G? When youre in a Wi-Fi hot spot and you switch the Wi-Fi switch on, does the 3G stop being used or does it continue to go down even while the Wi-Fi is on? Should I switch the 3G switch off when Wi-Fi is on to conserve data?
- How do you stop calls coming from one device coming to your device from iCloud (apple iPhone)? I'm 13 and i don't have a credit card so i use my mums account and since my phone and her phone has the same icloud, her calls come into MY phone and i've tried making a new apple id but it won't work so how can i stop it (i've already logged out on my phone) so how can i stop it?
- Pics appearing again n again in Iphone even after deletion? Some one has clicked my pics from i Phone. I have also deleted it from his camera roll and photo Stream but still he is able to recall that pic again n again. Person is not using i cloud i have. May be using some kind of app i have no idea.
