If you hold Power Button+Home Button on iPhone 5s it Reboots… What is the use of it? Purpose?
It is to let you restart the phone if it were ever to freeze. To my knowledge, the only way to turn off your phone would be to hold the power button then slide the thing across the screen. If your phone is completely frozen, you wouldn't be able to do that.
