If your my apple ID is disabled can I sign into my iPhone that is activation locked?

Would you get a notification on your iPhone if your Apple ID was used to log into another device? I'm unsure if I have unknowingly given my Apple ID to a scammer in the past, but I curious would I have received a notifcation on my iPhone, in a form of a text or pop up? I've heard that before and I wanted to make sure. Even if you didn't have two-factor authentication on.
Will Apple automatically sign you out if you change your Apple password? My sister has my mums old iPhone which has my stuff logged in and she told me she could see my messages and I got a little freaked out and I wanna know if Apple logs you out automatically if you change your password ;-; (The phone is supposed to be mine soon.)
Why can't I sign into netflix on my iphone? I can sign into it on the actual website but not on my iphone app or xbox app. I have the correct e-mail and password and i even tried changing the password twice and its still saying incoreect information. This is pissing me off, why can't i sign in?
Why can't I sign into SKYPE from my IPHONE Yesterday, my iPhone 4 broke so I got a new one (also an iPhone 4). Before I got the new phone, I was able to sign into Skype from my iphone. Even now I can sign into Skype from my computer, but the problem is that I can't sign in from my new iphone -- this is a problem because it is the only way I can call my deaf grandmother from out of the country when I'm not at home. So why can't I sign in from my iPhone?
