IHow can I update my apps on my iPhone?

I recently tried to purchase an App in iTunes on my iPhone 4 but in the American site, but it did not let me. I must have changed the page as I can't now update my apps as a message tells me to change the page back to my iTunes store which is Spanish before I can update any of my apps on my pone.
I thought that by simply connecting the the pone to my PC would clear up the problem, but the PC has not indicated that there's any problem…
So it is in the pone that I need to resolve the problem.
I currently have 9 updates pending from last week!

Have your gonna have to restore it on your pc but go to settings and general and there should be a reset bit and go to clear everything then restore it on you pc or friends pc

Go to settings find iTunes and App Store click it type in your password and find where you can choose your country select your current country update your payment info if it ask you to then save changes. Had this same problem on my iphone 4
