Maybe to have some money donated to charity in your name. It sounds like you've got everything you need.
Ask for some money then you can have longer to decide what you want
Jewellery? Maybe there are some games you might like on 3ds or xbox or something? Nail jewels, books, clothes, handbags, shoes?
It sound to me that you don't need anything at all. You are very lucky to have all that stuff.
