Importing my contacts to the iphone 5?

I have all my numbers saved on my gmail but don't know hos to import it on my iPhone

Connect your mobile phone to the pc suit save the contacts in business card, easy

Settings, mail contacts and calendars. Chose gmail and set contacts to sync. Open contacts and see all your gmail contacts added.
