In iTunes how do i set files so they show under Podcasts?

So that when i'm in itunes under podcasts all the mp3.files i have downloaded are in the podcast section on itunes and not in my music library?

i downloaded the whole Ricky Gervais show podcast series from warez, but now i want to put it in itunes, but not under library like i usually do with music,
but want it to display under Podcasts,
but i added the folder of mp3.podcasts and it only shows under library with all my musc,

i downloaded a free podcast from itunes and it displays only under Podcasts with the artwork/metadata,
i have gone to 'get info' in the mp3 files i want shown as podcasts then selected Podcast under genre, but the files are still in my music itunes library and not in the Podcasts section,

So does anyone know how i can set the mp3.audio files so they only show under Podcasts, so when listening to itunes library it won't come on, when shuffling,
also i don't want these podcasts on my iphone, so just want sync the podcasts, but as they are in my library they will sync automatically

Select the files in iTunes you want to change (hold Ctrl to select more than one item) then right-click on one of the selected items and select 'get info'.in one of the tabs, I forget which one sorry, you can change the media type.super simple.
