Instagram won't let me create an account?
I reseted my iphone, changed my Apple ID, closed and reopened my router but It won't work

- Why won't it let me follow this person on Instagram? Well I'm trying to follow this person on Instagram and it won't let me. I'll would click follow, then it will say following for a second, then it would go back to say follow. This person did follow me and I asked them if they blocked me and they said no. I'm doing this on my iPhone 5 and I tried it on my old galaxy s1 and it did the same thing. I'm only following 101 people and I really need help.
- What's a cool instagram account theme and/or an account idea that isn't popular? - On my instagram when i get a follower it won't let me follow anyone back? I have tried to delete it and re download it and it still won't let do it and i keep getting a like from 4 hours ago and i don't know what is going on and i have an iphone 4 and any ideas what to do?
- My Instagram won't let me log in at all I logged out of my instagram from iPhone 5 so my friend can get on. But when my friend tried to log in she said that her account was disabled and when me and my sister tried to log in, it said the same thing. But when we logged onto my sisters galaxy S3 it worked! I deleted the app & downloaded it a lot already. I also reset my phone multiple times and reset the passwords like 5 times.
