My internet on my laptop internet isn't working

My internet on my laptop internet isn't working.It is working on my other devices (MacBook, iPhone, etc) but it isn't working on my laptop, it has the yellow exclamation mark meaning that it is connected but no internet is receiving. I tried several ways such as restarting the router, changing the ipv4 address and more also troubleshooting it just tells me that the dns is disabled but enabled it and it still doesn't work.

Is this a Windows PC? If so, did you reboot the computer? Have you tried right-clicking on the Internet signal strength icon, and Troubleshooting the problem? Your network adapter may have shut off, and needs to be restarted. Do you have a physical Wi-Fi button on your laptop that may be turned off?

Not sure what "Internet of Internet" means.
First, let's agree that a "laptop" is any computer that can easily be used on TOP of your LAP (TOP of LAP = LAPTOP). That makes the MacBook a laptop also. Let's agree that the other laptop (the non-connecting one) is a PC, using Windows something-or-other, such as 7 or 10.

You need to do a couple of location tests to see what's up.

FIRST TEST: reverse the locations of the MacBook and the PC. If the PC was in the master bedroom and the MacBook was in the smaller bedroom, move the PC to the smaller bedroom (or whatever, JUST REVERSE the locations). Now does that allow the PC to connect?

"Yes"
Then the first location is either too far from the Wi-Fi router or has too many walls between.

"No"
Then read on…

SECOND TEST: pick up the PC, and take it to Starbucks. Does it work at Starbucks?

"Yes"
Then take it home, turn off all power to all devices (MacBook, iPhone, etc), unplug the router, shut down the PC. After one full minute, start the PC. Wait two minutes. Plug in the router. Wait another FULL minute. Click the Wi-Fi connection icon in the taskbar and choose the network name.

"No"
Then ask the worker at Starbucks if you are using the correct password, including upper-case or lower-case.
