Internet on Iphone 4s not working?
I got the iphone 4s last week and everything was working fine, no problems. Then I ran out of internet allowance so obviously couldn't use the internet for a few days. Then I topped up £15 which meant that I would get 500MB of free internet to use (as part of my orange dolphin package.) It took until today for this to come through, however, although I have had the text telling me I have this amount of internet to use before a certain date and I have signal and the little 3G symbol comes up in the corner I can't use the internet or any online apps (like snapchat and facebook messenger.) Any ideas? This is really starting to bug me! :')
Added (1). Not sure how clear this was:
I had a message from orange saying if I topped up by £15 before the 26th I would get 500mb again, I topped up on Friday and had the message this morning to tell me that they had given me the 500mb but my internet still isn't working.
It depends where you are.was it in a erfhejki think you should contact them.
You need to wait until the next billing cycle.adding money to your plan doesn't reset the limits.
- Wi-Fi on my iphone 5 is not working although the same internet on my PC is? It was all okay until this afternoon. The Wi-Fi on my iphone is somehow not connected to internet although it shows a strong signal. I thought it will be alright in a while but it has been hours. I have tried unplugging my internet (device/Modem) and have tried restarting my phone but it's the same. I posted this through my PC and it's working just fine here.
- Why does my iPhone still charge for Internet even when I'm not using Internet? So, I recently got a pay monthly plan with my new iPhone 4s. When i'm out and about I'm usually updating my twitter and Facebook account. But, when I'm put my phone down, 3G still says I'm using it and charging me. So do I have to turn it off when i'm finished? Or is there a much easier way?
- Switching from 3G to 4G, Internet not working.iPhone 4S? I had an iPhone 3G with Rogers pay-as-you-go plan then I recently upgraded to a 4S. My data plan seems to work fine with making calls and texting, but the Internet won't work at all, just says it can't connect? Do I maybe need some sort of 4G plan?
- Straight talk on my iphone not working internet? Whenever I'm not connected to Wi-Fi I can't use safari or YouTube or Facebook anything that needs internet. I got a card with unlimited talk, text and web and activated yesterday and the only problem I have is I can't use the internet. Can anybody help or should I just call straight talk
