IOS 6.1.3 Jailbreak for iPhone 4?

Is it out yet? Like is there a Legit way to jailbreak for free on ios firmware 6.1.3? If not when will It come out?

Added (1). Oh, Btw. Nothing thats semi or tethered. I only want untethered.

You will have to wait till iOS 7 is released

Such a thing doesn't exist. The hackers have moved to work on ios 7 jailbreaks, the only jailbreak available for 6.1.3 is semi-thethered. You would need to downgrade. Here's a link to a quesstion about that, simply follow the "best answer". I've used the method it works great for iphone 4 and ipod touch 4g. ( I know because I wrote the answer: P)

Sorry, there's no untethered iOS 6.1.3 jailbreak. Still, if you're dying to jailbreak so much so that you're willing to break your rule and do a semi-tethered jailbreak, here you go:

Jailbreaking 6.1.3 is incredibly complex, but you have just the right mix of device and firmware to achieve a semi-tethered jailbreak. What you'll need to have:
A copy of the iOS 6.0 ipsw file (check out iDownloadBlog)
Redsn0w (use google and their website to figure out which version is compatible with your device)
iPod and USB cord (obviously)
After jailbreaking, the SemiTether tweak from the BigBoss repo

To start, plug in your iPod and make a backup in iTunes. In case anything goes wrong, you want something to which you can restore. Next, launch Redsn0w. Under "Extras" choose "Select IPSW" and select the 6.0 ipsw you downloaded. Then click the Jailbreak button. You'll see the normal jailbreaking process begin, with the "Injecting jailbreak data" messages and so forth. Follow the on-screen instructions provided by Redsn0w. When it's done, launch Cydia on your device, let it load, then find the SemiTether tweak from BigBoss (free). In order to fully boot your device after powering it down, you'll need to connect to your computer and select "Just boot" in Redsn0w. SemiTether allows you to boot without a computer-however, many features will not work until you properly boot with Redsn0w.

Please note that I do not take responsibility if your iDevice fails to jailbreak properly. There's always risk associated with jailbreaking, and you are responsible for your actions. However, your device won't be able to upgrade to iOS 7, so this is the only firmware on which you'll be able to jailbreak (unless you downgrade, which is even riskier and more complex than the Semi-Tethered Redsn0w jailbreak). Who knows? Maybe the iOS 7 jailbreak will support iOS 6.1.3.It's up to you, but again, I do not take responsibility for your actions.

If you want an untethered jailbreak, wait for iOS 7, as all the jailbreak developers are working on that jailbreak, according to P0sixninja.
