IOS 6.1.3 JAILBREAK/UNLOCK

Is there any way to jailbreak my iPhone 4 with iOs 6.1.3 using any jailbreak applications? I've been trying for about 3 days. Is there any way to downgrade or what?

There's NO jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.4. There are many fake ones out there but NONE of these will jailbreak your device. They are fake or a virus. The real Evaders released a statement saying all jailbreaks for future devices with Apple will be postponed until iOS 7 or the iPhone 5s comes out. Hope this helps!

You can jailbreak 6.1.3 but it will be tethered option only. This means every time you boot your device, it will behave like a piece of poo unless you boot using redsnow. If you don't drain the battery too much though, it's pretty easy to get by. One thing I have noticed though is, for some reason, spotlight searching is not available (which I mainly use just in the music app)

Anyway to jailbreak 6.1.3, all you need to do is download the latest redsnow software and the ipsw for 6.0

So consider you already have 6.1.3
open redsnow and click on "extras" and then click "select ipsw" (not custom ipsw!) and select the file for 6.0 (not 6.1.3!)
now choose to jailbreak and put your device in DFU mode.redsnow should do the rest

That should be it! Just keep in mind to keep your phone running properly, you need to keep the ios 6.0 ipsw file and follow the same steps above, except click "just boot" instead of "jailbreak"

Last thing! There's an utethered boot package you can get in Cydia that will let your phone run without the redsnow boot in case of your device's battery depleting. It is very limited and I'm not fond of it but on the bright side, messages, music and phone still work until you can get back home to connect back into redsnow.
