IOS 7.1 Jailbreak Untethered?

So, I just learned that iOS 7.1 is now jailbreakable untethered. The tool was called Pangu and it's good for pretty much every device that can do iOS 7. My question is if I have to jailbreak my iphone if it's already tether jailbroken on iOS 7.1 by the geeksn0w tool or can I just download the untethering package that is used by the Pangu tool… Can anybody tell me how I can convert my tethered to untethered? I tried searching on Google but every entry just leads to an explanation of the difference between tethered and untethered. I'd rather be able to just download a package rather than install a program on my computer and re-jailbreak my iphone but I don't know what package to look for.

If you try and jailbreak from tethered to untethered, you risk bricking your phone.

I would recommend backing up your phone, then restoring it, loading your backup then re-jailbreaking with Pangu.
