IOS 7 apps crashing constantly on iPhone 4S

All the positives about my iPhone 4S have gone out the window ever since iOS 7 (and the later software updates), making all the non-Apple apps on my phone unusable and crashing 30 seconds after I load them. Disappointingly I'm in a 2-year contract that is only half way through, so there's no other phone I can get to save me from my situation. The only non-Apple apps that still work on my phone are Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Chrome. All apps from enormous companies that have the spotlight on them constantly. The others? My games, other social media, videos, and other apps? GONE. They seem to be beyond saving for me. Their functions don't work, they freeze, they crash, and so much more.
And I can't take it anymore.
I've searched and searched for solutions, and all I've been able to find are to go in the settings (General>Accesibility) and turn on "Reduce Motion" and "Increase Contrast". Those helped… For a total of ten minutes. I've turned off clouding and automatic updates, and everything… But nothing seems to be helping!
What are some things I can do to save my phone so that I still can use it and actually like?

This happens because iOS 7 is a fairly new (and totally different) operating system, so there could be incompatibility issues. Check to see if the apps that are crashing are listed as compatible with iOS 7. If not, then wait for compatibility updates or revert to iOS 6.

The Phone Program is the only thing I'm really having trouble with now. Since upgrading to iOS 7, the only thing I can't do is use the phone -- saving contacts freezes the screen, the keypad is incredibly slow to respond, voicemail takes forever to delete and often freezes as well. I had no idea iOS 7 would be so radically different either, there was no information about it, accidentally accepted the upgrade and new am SCREWED. Loved this phone before iOS7, have hated it ever since.
