IOS 7 beta 3 notification problems?
My iPhone isn't playing the text tone to let me know if I got a text. Has this been happening to anyone else?
Do you understand what "beta" means? IOS 7 Beta versions are for Apple and app developers to test the system to make sure everything is working before iOS 7 is released. As you are a developer (as you are using the Developer Beta version) you will understand this. Many things will not work properly; will work slowly and will be changed during he course of the Beta testing. You should be reporting any problems you have directly to Apple Beta team so they can look at it. Once iOS 7 is ready to be released later in the year everything should be working for you.
If you do not want to be part of the Beta testing process you should not be installing Beta software and should not be complaining that things are not working.

Is your UDID registered? A lot of people have problems with the iOS betas when they haven't registered their device's UDID on a site like http://www.instantudid.com/.It's $5 and they register it instantly.
