IPhone 3 randomly going to voice control and songs?
Okay, so It's 8:00 AM for me and I feel mad. At 3:30 I woke up by a sound and opening my eyes, my phone next to me was playing #Selfie (My brother downloaded it for me) I got freaked out and just muted it. Then, at 7:00 AM I woke up AGAIN! Just this time voice control was talking, I put cancel and shoved my face in my pillow. I can't sleep now and I'm exhausted.
To go to voice control, or to put a downloaded song you need to press the home button at the bottom of the phone. I didn't press that button and they just appeared. My phone is acting weird, help.
First of all, I would put into consideration into buying a new phone.
The home button may be stuck on something that got in there. Does the home button feel loose at all? Have you spilt or got even a tiny drop of something stcky on it. If so, you may need a new phone because something's like that can't be repaired. You could get a q-tip and put a tiny drop of cleaning alcohol on it and rub against the rim of it to get anything out of there that got in. It may activate voice control I'm the process, but in the end it may work.

- Siri/voice control on iphone 5 turning on randomly? Whenever I'm listening to something (podcast, music, etc.) siri will frequently turn on. I turned off siri and voice controll will turn on instead. I have had my iphone 5 for 6 months and haven't had any problems until now. Aside from scratches on the outside edges, there are no structural problems and I haven't dropped the phone at all.

In third period, while doing an assessment, voice control turned on. At lunch, I turned my phone off and took it out of my back and put it in my inside blazer pocket. - IPhone voice control problems? This happens EVERY TIME I play music on my iPhone; it goes to voice control without me pressing anything! It's driving me crazy! I've literally hit play and just set it on a table, and it goes to voice control like 5 times. Why does it do this? And how, if possible, can I fix it?
