Iphone 3GS on recovery mode but I haven't backed up that data with Itunes?

Anyway I can get off 'restore mode' without deleting anything? Please Help!

Added (1). "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes."

You have a few options. First you should install tiny umbrella and plug your phone into pc. You can then click the KICK OUT OF RECOVERY button and should fix your phone. If its a serious problem you may just need to get into DFU and do a complete restore loosing all your content.

I can't even turn on my iPhone to the menu. All it will show on the screen when it's on is the sign to plug it into iTunes.

I think I messed up during the process, because it's stuck on the connect to iTunes screen. Redsn0w won't get it out of recovery because "it's an unrecognized build" Please help, I'm like dying over here…
