IPhone 3GS won't send texts to one person only
I send texts to my boyfriend (he has an old Nokia phone) but he doesn't receive my texts or will only receive half of the texts. I don't think it's anything to do with his inbox/outbox memory because he is able to receive texts from other people. I receive his texts. It was fine over the weekend and started happening yesterday when he only got half my text. Can anyone help!

All use different carrier information to transmit messages TO and FROM.
I learned this when doing my own upgrades and bringing my new phone in, had to have my data changed to the proper settings to allow me to get texts and voice-mail on my new phone EVEN if calling was working already. One time they forgot this step and I had a half working phone, until I went back and they pushed a button on the computer.
With that in mind it is perfectly possible that your Boyfriends carrier is having trouble handling messages from your carrier with your particular cell phone model.
Also another issue that falls into the same category is message length. This is a problem especially between people with different carriers and older phones. Sometimes you may only get the last "page" of the text instead of the whole thing. This happens with my mom's Sprint service all the time when she texts people on other networks.
Anyway if anything above is the issue or simliar… There's nothing you can really do on your end. Your carrier can try to play with your settings to help you on their end, and if not, you'll just have to buy a phone that isn't so very old.
ALSO unless you've seen this issue yourself… It is also possible he's faking it to ignore you. Just throwing that out there too
- Why is my iphone 4s sending texts to everyone except one person in specific? I have an iPhone 4S, I've been texting a few people today but there's this one person in specific that my phone doesn't let my message go through to them? It just randomly happened in the middle of one of our conversations when I tried to reply but all it says is "message send failure." I didn't want to, but I deleted our whole message history and still nothing.

- IPhone won't receive texts from ONE person? I'm on Verizon and they're on US Cellular with an android phone. There was never a problem but yesterday I could not receive any of their texts. I could text them fine but I wasn't getting theirs. I checked that nothing was blocked and I never messed with any of the settings.
