Iphone 4 and tried upgrading to ios 9! Slide to upgrade screen is stuck. How do i fix this?

The lock button is broken so i always use the accessibility key on screen but it is no longer there. How do i make my phone go back to the way it was? I don't have a computer and i don't want to pay money at an apple store.

The iPhone 4 can't run iOS 9 but the 4s will, albeit very sluggishly. Given that it's a brand new release and certainly not optimised for the 4s there were bound to be bugs and it's foolish to rush in as an early adopter. You're phone is now one of the sacrificial guinea pigs which may benefit other 4s users by either getting bug fixes or by persuading them not to switch to iOS 9.

If you do have a plain old iPhone 4 and have somehow managed to bypass Apple restrictions to try and force iOS 9 onto your incompatible phone then you've turned a low resale value obsolete smartphone which worked fine as a phone and messaging device into a useless and near-worthless brick.

Owning a smartphone but not a host computer is like owning a digital camera without owning a computer. Almost pointless and bound to end in frustration. In this case it means that you can't even attempt resting the phone by connecting it to iTunes on your host computer (it would very likely have been futile in this instance anyway). In any case you should always fully back up your iPhone via iTunes on your host computer before attempting any software upgrades.

Your fix is simple: get access to a host computer (even if you don't own it) and then replace your phone.

You probably meant an iPhone 4s. The 4 didn't get iOS 8 so of course isn't going to get iOS 9.
